    Q: Order Info
    I'm interested in one of your products. How do I order?

    A: While browsing through our products you will notice at the end of most items a Buy It! button. Some products require you to select the quantity of the item you are interested in purchasing. After clicking Buy It! you will be taken to another screen that allows you to view your shopping cart.

    While viewing your shopping cart, you have the option of deleting products, changing the quantity, Checkout or Continue Shopping. If you choose to delete or change a product you will need to select Calculate to recalculate your shopping cart.

    At any time while browsing our site you can select Checkout from the top menu bar. When you are ready to checkout, select Checkout for your shopping cart menu.

    We do not require customers to register and create an account. You can either select New Customer Click Here or Proceed without Registering.
    If you think you may make future purchases from our site than please consider registering as it makes future purchases faster. Your personal information is stored securely and is only used to process your order. We do not store credit card information nor do we send unsolicited emails unless you choose to be added to our mailing list.

    During the final stage of checkout, you will select Paypal as your method of payment. Once the checkout process is complete, you will receive a copy of your invoice from our store via email. You will also receive confirmation of your Paypal payment once you have completed payment.

    If you should fail to complete the Paypal payment we still receive notification of your order and will send a Paypal request for payment of your order. If no payment is made within 24hrs then your order is reverted back to store stock.

    Q: Shipping Fees
    Do you charge shipping?

    A: Due to the virtual nature of the majority of our products shipping fees are not necessary and therefore are not charged or included in your order.

    If in some cases, at the client's request, images need to be burned to CD and shipped via mail then we will quote and bill your shipping charges by separate order.

    Q: Client Contact Options
    What options do you offer for client consultations?

    A: We are a part-time SOHO (Small Office/Home Office). We prefer to work via email as it provides us with documentation of client feedback and correspondence.

    We are available to our clients by email on an daily basis and often reply the same day, usually within a couple of hours.

    Q: Account Information
    Do I have to register to make a purchase?

    A: No we do not require customers to register.

    After selecting Proceed to Checkout you will be directed to a page that gives you a number of options....

    1) Returning Customers login in at the top
    2) New Customer Click Here
    3) Proceed without Registering

    Click on Option 3 to proceed without registering. Your information is required to complete the sale but is not stored for future purchases.

    Q: Payment Methods
    What payment methods do you accept?

    A: At this time, we only accept PayPal or Credit Cards - sometimes we barter =)

    PayPal is our certified credit card merchant. You can pay by credit card with no PayPal account. You will have to select PayPal when checking out but you are then redirected to PayPal's secure site. We do not have access to your credit card nor is your credit information stored unless you authorize it.

    If you encounter any problems with payment through this store we can also send you a PayPal request via email where you can make payment with either your PayPal account or credit card.

    Our Prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
    Please use the currency converter if you like to know your total order in a different currency.

    Q: Return Policy
    What is your return policy?

    A: Due to the virtual nature of our products our return policy is limited.

    If your product purchase was already email or was an instant download then we are unable to refund your purchase.

    If you have not received your graphics yet and wish to cancel your order we willing to refund your order. There will be a recovery fee of $10 or 10% - whichever is greater.
